Fantastic location and view of the sound from the patio and second floor master bedroom. Well appointed and updated unit with space for two people to work remote with solid internet connection. Great walkable places to eat and across from Harbour!

We loved everything about 729 Schooner Court! The location is perfect and the views fabulous and it is beautifully decorated. It was clean and stocked with all the necessary items to get us settled on arrival. Our experience with the Island Time staff was excellent as well! We will be visiting again soon!

The house was adorable. Very clean, well decorated and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The only 2 improvements that I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit and a gas grill. The rental agency was extremely attentive, probably the best customer service that I’ve received from an agency in the 30+ years that I’ve been coming down here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Harbour Town, Hilton Head. The unit we rented was in a great location with great water views. It was updated, clean, quiet, and complete with a wide array of kitchen supplies to make eating in very easy and convenient, along with other amenities and convenient parking. There is a lot to do in the area within walking distance or only short drives away. We would definitely stay there again. Island Time Hilton Head is great to work with. They make the process very easy. They are thorough, response and accommodating. We would book with them again.

Love the water view that the condo has! It was clean, well kept, and definitely convenient to Harbour Town. We normally stay at the beach when we visit Hilton head, but it was a perfect location for the wedding that we attended.

The management company, Island Time, moved us to 729 Schooner Court after our initial rented condo proved to be a problem due to loud construction work. 729 Schooner is a lovely condo in a great location with a beautiful water view. Dolphins swam by on a daily basis and one evening 3 does wandered by. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and the A/C worked well upstairs. I highly recommend this condo.
