Hilton Head Island is full of events throughout the year, so there's always something fun to do! Whether you're looking for live music, outdoor activities, or cultural events, you'll find plenty of options. Spring and Fall are the most popular times of the year for festivals and events…primarily due to the fantastic weather Hilton Head Island experiences during those seasons. However, there are still a number of events that happen during the summer & winter months.
Check out the list of events below that are open to the public. Some do require a small admission charge, but many can be experienced just by visiting. Almost all of them are family friendly as well. 2024 Hilton Head Jingle Jingle Bridge Run
Crossing Park
Starts: 8:00am ‐ Ends: 9:00am
Join the Hilton Head family tradition since 1992! Both the 5K & 10K race will start and finish at Crossing's Park and will take participants over the scenic Broad Creek on the Cross Island Expressway.
All participants will receive a vibrant Long Sleeve Jingle Jingle Bridge Run T-shirt and festive jingle bells. After the race, enjoy an award ceremony complete with refreshments, music, door prizes, and possibly a special visit from Santa!
Registration & Packet Pick Up: The Bike Dr - 31 New Orleans Road, Hilton Head Island SC, 29926. Between 3:30pm to 6:30pm. There will also be a registration table on the day of the race between 7:00am - 7:30am.
