Island Time was founded in 2019 by owner Eric Moret and business partner Dru Brown and with a mission of guiding owners through the ever changing vacation rental industry. With a focus on providing a refreshing take on the management of vacation homes on Hilton Head Island, Eric and Dru worked together to build a team of over twenty experienced members from all areas of the hospitality industry.

Eric Moret has been involved in the marketing and advertising industry for over thirty years, managing a part of the first largest international advertising group worldwide. His strong background in marketing as well as customer service guides the Island Time team to an exceptional level. Eric’s drive to provide a refreshing perspective on what owners and guests should expect from a vacation rental company is the leading force behind the success in profitability for owners, luxurious vacations for guests and exceptional customer service for guests and owners that Island Time is known for.

Dru Brown has been managing vacation rental properties on Hilton Head Island for over twenty years. He is a leading voice for vacation rentals not only on Hilton Head Island but throughout the country. It is this experience and depth of knowledge that enables Island Time to continuously meet the needs of both owners and guests.

As a game changer in vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island, Island Time has created a new benchmark for level of service and expectations for visitors. The entire Island Time team works together to curate tailored vacation experiences for guests and unparalleled profitability and home care for owners. With backgrounds ranging from hotel management to construction trades, hospitality, social media marketing and several other industries, the team brings fresh perspectives and unique understandings to make sure both owners and guests are taken care of.

Bill Haley has worked in the vacation rental industry on Hilton Head Island for over 30 years. As an island resident for almost the same amount of time, he is a well known figure in our community. His commitment to Hilton Head Island is evident as he has served on a number of boards and volunteered with organizations such as the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, Hilton Head Kiwanis and various other committees and organizations.

Bill joined the Island Time team in June 2023 as the Vice President of Business Development. He can assist with all your needs regarding real estate including current market conditions, valuation and a possible sale or purchase. He is also able to work with any property owners looking to learn more about the Island Time property management program.
