Rental was seamless. Management company was very good at communication and checkin/check out process was easy. Would love to see less fees however.

The house was perfect for our family. It was big enough so we all had plenty of room. Furnishings were great! Loved the shortcut to Seapines center. Would be great if it came with beach towels

The place is clean and organized! But, if you are looking to walk to the beach then this wouldn't be the spot to vacation. I just thought the property was closer to the beach. Nonetheless, we had a really great time renting at this property. The lay out is wonderful, plenty of trails to wak, and close to shops, and other locations needed on vacation.

First time at 7 Hollyberry, but probably not our last. Really an outstanding rental in a great location. Close access to everything by car or bike (we biked to the beach club most days). House is equipped with everything you could ask for. House was in great shape, everything worked wonderfully (all appliances appear to be new). Clearly home owners take a lot of price in their house and they should. Neighborhood is very woodsy, but we did not see one bug in the house. Absolutely a 5 Star stay!!!

What a great stay in Hilton Head! Our party has come here every year for many years and this house is definitely at the top of the places we’ve stayed. The layout was perfect for us (two families, each with young children) and dog. Loved that the kitchen overlooks the living space, and the deck with fire pit table was great too! House was clean and had starter kits which was helpful so we could get things at the store. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful updated home in the perfect location. Property had all the amenities and comfort of your own home. Walking distance to the beach, golf, restaurants and bars! Beach club is Sea Pines is absolutely the best! Sit at the Beach Bar and watch the sunset over the ocean! Love this place!

Our stay was AMAZING! We will definitely be back. I was worried about the size of the home thinking it would not be big enough for the 6 of us adults. It was just enough. The lay out of the home allowed everyone to have their own space but come together for meals and evening get togethers. Coming from VA it was nice that it had beach chairs, cooler, and towels for us to use. One less thing to have to pack. The neighborhood had lots to do. We did not get to everything so we will be back. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

We loved the central location of this home for biking - easy to get to Harbour Town, South Beach, or the beach club. It was better than described! We lovede the decor, plus it was clean, larger than we thought, and had an amazing kitchen! We cooked most of our dinners here after biking all day and eating lunch out.

We absolutely loved having the opportunity to rent 7 Hollyberry Lane!!!! It was immaculate, beautiful, and so close to everything! I feel like it was centrally located to get to the beach,harbor town, South Beach, Sea Pines Village, and the horse stables. We loved renting bikes and riding all around Sea Pines. What a wonderful vacation!!! Thank you!!!

This home was so beautifully decorated and renovated! We loved everything about this house including the location, we were only 10 min to every place we love to go in Sea Pines! The house is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! We will definitely stay here again!!
