The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and additional seating at the island. Conveniently located off the kitchen are a full bathroom, a laundry room, and access to the two-car garage.

If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature
