This quaint 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom, two story private condo gives you the feel of the coastal charm. As you step into the first level of the condo, you will find the fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, has plenty of counter space and cabinets, and a bar-height kitchen counter top. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen with table and pantry. You will also find the spacious living room which is connected the private balcony which is the perfect spot to sit back and relax. On the first floor is where you will also find the first bedroom which has 2 twin beds, a smart tv and a full bathroom.

On the second floor is where you will find the laundry machines as well as the remaining 2 bedrooms. These first bedroom has a king bed and cable TV as the second bedroom has a queen, as well as cable TV and both rooms have their own private full bathrooms.

This spacious two story villa has a spectacular location. It's walking distance to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. It's also walking distance to the new Celebration Park and Adventure Playground!

What a Gem! Perfect Location! Clean And Spacious

From the time you walk in, you know you are on vacation! Clean and spacious. Something for everybody: Walk to the beach, ride you bike on the sand or shopping, next to pool, or walk to HH's beautiful Nature Preserve. Got in 2 rounds of golf!
Loved the thoughtful details: Ritz-like towel presentation, elegant soaps, and a great comfy couch. Three bathrooms: what a plus! We will be back!!
