The unit was very clean and looked just like the pics. They didn't have coffee filters so might be something you plan to bring with you.

I can't say enough good things about this condo. It felt like home. It was so wonderfully decorated. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even the dishes had beach motif. Loved the
beach reads that were provided. I grabbed a good one and read it during my stay. Island time was wonderful in checking in. Only downside was there was 1 elevator and it broke. I had a bad knee so not good experience but when I called Island Time, they were not aware and it was fixed very quickly. I hope to make this a yearly trip at the same condo.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! The unit itself is incredibly clean and everything in it feels new. The kitchen was very well appointed- we were really impressed with everything they thought of. The almost-full ocean view from the large balcony was great. The pool is quite large and the patio area is also nice and clean. Palmetto Dunes itself is impeccable. You’re very close to the grocery store, Starbucks, gas station, etc. when you’re staying at Palmetto so running out is easy.

10/10 recommend this property and using Island Time. This is our second time booking through them and they’re honestly the best rental company I’ve worked with on HHI.

We loved staying at Barrington Court and have only glowing things to say about it. The unit is clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is so well appointed; we were impressed with everything they had. The almost-full ocean view from the large balcony is awesome. The Barrington property is lovely too- great pool that was never busy, ample parking and super easy access to the beach with two boardwalks. Looking forward to staying again. This was our first time at this property but second time booking with Island Time. They are a top-notch rental company and think of everything- also very available if you have any questions/concerns. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at 517 Barrington! It is a beautiful property in a great location. My husband and I enjoyed the partial ocean view from the deck, short walk to the beach, heated pool and access to great bike trails in the area. Island Time was fantastic to work with, extremely quick to respond to questions or any needs we had. We would absolutely use them again and choose this property if available!
