Very modern quality apartment which is ideal for a family and grandparents, this unit is on 2 levels with family rooms upstairs and grandparents room downstairs. Apartment is relatively new so beds, pillows, fridge, dishwasher and bathrooms are all in great condition. New air con was installed recently so with comfortable beds and quality air con there is not much to dislike. Apartment is within easy walking distance to Colgny and the beach. Only negative is air con is quite noisy due to its position which is next to downstairs bedroom but in fairness every other apartment we have stayed in this complex has the same issue, we stayed for 5 weeks and found it unusual not to have a vacuum cleaner, one high note was the unit had a kettle which is a first for the USA. Highly recommend the rental company and 428 Forest Beach Villas.

This villa provided enough space for parents, grandparents and grandkids to all stay together. The pool was excellent, the walk to the beach was doable for all family members, many restaurants close by. The unit itself was clean and well stocked with everything needed. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly.

Absolutely loved are stay in this unit. Brought my parents with us this time and it was nice that they had their own space on the main floor and the we took the upstairs with the kids. Convenient location to just about everything on HHI (beach and restaurants all in walking distance). Very clean, comfortable and quiet Villa. Will definitely book this unit again.

This condo is in a great location. We wanted a winter getaway and it was a perfect for the family. Easy access to shops, walks on the beach and right across the street from the Tiki bar! When we had a rainy day we found that one of the downstairs closets was filled with books and games which kept everyone entertained. Looking forward to coming back when it is warm to get the full experience.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful décor and plenty of space. It had everything you need for a quick getaway. Everything was clean and all the beds were comfortable. Loved the location, it was a quick walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants in Coligny. The pool was great when we wanted to relax after the beach. Can’t wait to return!
