401 Windsor Place | Palmetto Dunes

This was my first time to Hilton Head Island. This condo was absolutely Gorgeous! Super clean, comfortable furniture, everything in the kitchen you need and more! Windsor Place was beautiful! Very well maintained property. The pool and grounds were stunning! Everyday there was a pool person cleaning and constant property workers keeping the grounds beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!

Our family loves renting through Island Time and we love 401 Windsor. The new furniture and the new carpet are a great addition! The only thing this condo lacks is a comfortable king bed and we don’t love the twin beds but we make do. We vacation every year, so I know we’ll be back despite those things.

We have been going to HHI for 25 years and this was by far the best villa we have ever had. The place was beautiful, clean and well equipped with all we needed. We usually stay ocean front in Forest Beach but after this trip the family unanimously agreed -we have found our new vacation spot at Windsor Place. Island Time was great at communicating with us and made the whole process easy.

I have stayed at this property two times and loved it on both trips. The unit got new carpet and living room furniture in between my trips and they were so nice, the carpet was extremely soft. The kitchen has everything we needed and the bathrooms are both beautiful and spacious. Island time is our favorite property manager, we felt so taken care of. I'm looking forward to staying again!

The condo was extremely clean and well equipped. It also was larger than many we have rented in the past. A nice feature is a door that closes off the guest bedroom and bathroom (in addition to doors on each of those rooms) for extra privacy.

The property was well maintained, the pool area very nice with several shaded spots for hot days.The community of Palmetto Dunes is beautifully landscaped and has so many activities for all ages.

Island Time rental agency was very easy to work with, communicated well and responsive to questions. We had one very small issue and it was fixed within two hours. I would highly recommend this agency.

Fully equipped except for bedside clocks. If use phone or watch to check time at night, you won’t miss. Kitchen has everything you need. Island Time was quick to provide missing ironing board. Informed in advance of arrival that elevator would be down during stay (not great for 4th floor), and water would be off one day when meter for complex was being replaced. Other visitors with a different rental agency informed the agency! Great customer service by Island Time. Enjoyed the stay!
