The fenced-in backyard has 12 acres of natural landscape behind the property making it the perfect spot for pets. The main pool deck features a grilling station, lounge seating, an outdoor shower, and a private pool. Located in the garage is a second refrigerator within steps of the pool, a ping pong table, and a 30-amp electric vehicle plug suitable for most level 2 charging stations. The property features well maintained landscaping with shrubbery and pavers around the pool deck. For added convenience, there are 2 parking spaces inside the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway.
COMING IN JANUARY 2025
Starting January 2025 this property will be adding an above ground hot tub that can accommodate up to 6-7 people. The hot tub water is filtered using a fresh water salt system. There will also be a gas fire pit which will add an extra element of relaxation for your stay.
Driessen Beach is just a stone's throw away from your front door and has a kids playground, showers, and restrooms nearby.
