This condo is beautiful! It was so clean when we arrived! The beds were very comfortable! The laundry appliances were updated and great! We had the best vacation here! The location was perfect and the pool was nice and warm! My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen a little more with things like foil wrap, press n seal, oil spray, things like that!

Condo is well equipped and updated. Island Time is quick to answer any questions and really do a great job following up and making you feel welcomed. Easy, short walks to the pool and beach made for relaxing and fun days. Would definitely rent this condo again AND would definitely rent from Island Time again. Two items that could make a fabulous place even better —matching lids for the plastic storage containers AND labels on the light switches. That’s all we could think of so you know it’s a great place! The pictures from the unit description represent the condo 100% accurately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, updated, well stocked condo, in a good location. Especially liked the thoughtful touches of having starter supplies dishwasher and washing machine pods and toiletries. We were disappointed that there was no gas grill at the pool.

We had a great vacation-awesome beach & lots of sunshine the last 2 weeks of August 2024. Love the condo location. The condo is cute and decorated in a nautical theme, but due for some upgrading. Needs new mattresses, full-length mirror or mirrors and master bath upgrade. I would love to stay here again if those issues are addressed. And I would recommend to a friend but with reservation - in that I would have to share these things that bothered us.

Quiet location. Very clean, everything we needed. Description of pool/ beach & other amenities accurate. Great customer service by management company. Enjoyed several golfing rounds - nice to return to warmth of beautiful villa.

Great location and settings, never allot of people there and quiet. Condo is laid out perfect. Two easy fixes are needed, lock on slider, currently using a wood board to lock and the main entry door lock is very hard to work. Needs an update. This will not effect us coming back, we have stayed here twice and plan on making this a yearly trip.

Great location & rental. Kitchen nicely supplied for a family of four. Nice rental updated interior & not too crowded at the pool or beach areas. Great size for family of four & clean rental. Close to restaurants & stores. Would stay here again.

It was a perfect location for our family’s relaxing beach vacation. It was our first time on Hilton Head Island and this was centrally located to all of the spots we wanted to visit. The layout was convenient and the large, covered deck was enjoyed by all of us every day. All essentials are available there was ample, close by parking. Will definitely visit again!

We had a fabulous time at 301 Barrington Arms. The villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We spent many hours down at the beach and had great walks along it every morning. For a change of pace, we also spent a lot of time at the pool. The Barrington Arms property is beautiful and relaxing. We loved the deck too! The villa was spotless, wonderfully appointed with all the necessary amenities and it was a real pleasure dealing with Island Time. They were extremely helpful with everything. We've already booked our return for next year.

Condo was well appointed and immaculate. Rental company was professional and responsive to any request we had. TV did not work and it was replaced on the same day it was reported. Very pleased with entire experience with rental company.

We were very pleased with the property. The location was great with easy access to grocery shopping and a variety of restaurants. The only disappointment was it was already rented for the next year and we were not given a first refusal.

For the second time we rented last minute, actually same day, from Island Time and they were great. The unit was super clean and beautiful and we loved the location both in the building and in the community. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This is an absolutely gorgeous villa. It was decorated beautifully, very comfortable furnishings, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Very clean! The management company was awesome. Great location in Palmetto Dunes. We saw a mother doe with her twins one day and the alligator in the pond another day. No issues whatsoever! Truly was perfect!! Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! My wife and young daughter just got back and would return again in a heartbeat. It is in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, with a great view of the ocean, pool and pond on the property (where we could safely watch the alligator every day). A quick drive(or walk) to the general store for essential needs or even breakfast & lunch. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Everything you need.

It was very clean and ready for our visit. With a king bed in the master & a queen and single in the other bedroom this place can hold a good sized family or two couples. Lots of space throughout, and both bedrooms/bathrooms could be shut off from one another for extra privacy.
