We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, charming place with comfortable furniture, nice outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a short walk to the beach. The property manager was fabulous: friendly and efficient. We stayed here during Hurricane Helene and discovered a large fallen branch in front of our door the morning after the storm. A crew removed it with superhuman speed. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved this villa. It was clean, update and beautifully decorated. The beds were top quality and comfortable for us. The patio furniture has been updated vs the online images and is a high quality comfortable set. The location was well situated to walking paths, close to the community pool, golf and the ocean. Being on the 10th hole, renters get to enjoy the practice putting green, which is only a few steps from the backyard. The back yard is very private due to numerous palms and shrubs. My only suggestion would be to have a little more trimmed back so a view could be enjoyed from the interlock patio. The BBQ is an above average Weber brand and was very clean inside and out. Island Time is by far the best rental company we have dealt with in 14 years of renting in the Carolinas. My impression is they have a high level with respect to cleanliness and attention to detail. They provided plenty of quality towels and a more than sufficient starter pack of garbage bags, laundry/dishwasher detergents and toiletries. They checked with us a few times during our stay to ensure everything was as we expected. Should we rent in HHI again, Island Time will be our first choice.

This is our 2nd year at this specific property. The location is perfect - easy biking to anywhere in Sea Pines and Coligny. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. The unit is nicely decorated with everything you need in a kitchen and comfortable beds. The rental company checked in a couple times and is very responsive.

This property is spacious and beautiful and sits right on the golf
Course. The beach is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride. We used the beach club rights we had and loved it. Brought dogs because the property and all of Hilton Head is very dog friendly. My dog ran the beach every morning with dogs he befriended. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great time staying at the lighthouse villa. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We grilled and ate in most meals and had everything we needed. When we arrived there was an odor like mold/ mildew but as soon as I reported it they had someone out that day to address it even calling on an hvac company to come. This location is perfect and very easy to walk to the beach. No comolaints!

Unit was exactly as pictured. It was very spacious with nice decor. My sons loved that they could out and use the putting green. And a very quick bike ride to the Beach Club for beach access. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second consecutive summer we rented this unit. We like the location which is close to everything in Sea Pines. It is also easy to ride bikes to Coligny. The condo is clean and recently updated. A propane grill on the patio is nice to use as you can watch the golfers on the 10th hole of Atlantic Dunes. We also enjoyed the shaded pool on the property.

We have rented this property in Sea Pines for a few years now and we love it. It’s so close to Sea Pines Beach Club- right on the golf course and the putting green is a few steps away to practice. It’s perfect for our family of 3. And it’s pet friendly too!
