This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has an open floor plan. The living room has ample room to relax and watch TV on the large flat screen; the dining area seats six people; and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you need. Attached to the great room, the Carolina room with a ping pong table is where you will meet after a day at the beach to spend time with family and friends. Through the Carolina Room, you can have access to the deck, an outside table, and a barbecue.

The large master bedroom with a king-size bed has a view of the pool. Its private bath has a custom-tiled walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms share the same bathroom, which has a beautiful tile wall with a tub and shower combination.

Enjoy the most of this property in Greenwood Forest. One of the rarest homes in Greenwood Forest has a private pool. Close to the Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach, restaurants, golf, and more The Greenwood Forest area of Sea Pines also offers a community pool, tennis/pickleball court, and playground.

- The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Great time with family at this property!

Excellent House

Peacefully nestled

This by far was the most peaceful 3 weeks we could have hoped for.
The home primarily was one level which made it very easy for two in our group with ambulatory issues, What a win and a big asset if you rent this home.
There could have been an issue but the owner adjusted an access point with such graciousness. Thank you
I think grab bars in the second bathroom would be advantageous.
Regardless, at any age or physical difference, pick this beautiful ranch!

Great house for a small family vacation

This was a great, up-to-date home located in a nice centrally located spot to be able to get to the beach <1mi, salty dog <5min, Harbor Town <3 min. Everything was really clean in the house and the rental management staff was VERY attentive and quick to answer any questions or needs that we had. The only minor negative was the access to the pool was not the most convenient.

Wonderful escape with family

Great getaway!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this location. It had a nice walk to the beach, located close to the trails for walking/biking. The pool was great for the 2 of us. Very comfortable bed, nice updated home.

Best house on Hilton

We loved this house as it had plenty of space and a pool we spent the whole weekend in. It was close to so many things like the light house and horse back riding. Kitchen was spacious and had plenty of room for my family and my parents.
