Description Description
This two-story Fazio villa boasts peaceful golf course views and is perfect for a family vacation. With close proximity to the spectacular beaches of Palmetto Dunes with new furnishings, flooring and remodeled baths, and an oversized covered deck overlooking fairway views.

The living room features a 41-inch flat-screen TV, ample comfortable seating with a new sectional sofa, and sliding doors that open to a covered deck.

The kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and the dining area is open to both the living area and the kitchen. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with a newer walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and includes a private balcony. The third bedroom features a bunk bed - twin over King with a twin trundle. They both share a newly remodeled Jack and Jill Bathroom.

Fazio Golf Villas are just a short walk from the beach in Palmetto Dunes.

Guests can enjoy access to one of the two pools in the complex. These villas are conveniently close to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes offers, including golfing, tennis, fishing, and miles of bike paths.

Beautiful, clean, well decorated
Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Hilton Head. Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants, courts. Beautiful area and very nice condo - couldn't have been nicer! Newly decorated. Hope to come back.

We stayed at this property for a girls trip and found the space clean, cozy and beautifully decorated It is convenient to shopping and dining with lots of walkable trails Also right on the golf course! Would definitely stay here again

Absolute perfection!!
Spent an absolutely lovely girls weekend at this gem of a home. Great location. Walking distance to tennis, pickleball, golf, beach, and restaurants. The home was well appointed and felt like new. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply the best!
My girlfriends and I had the perfect stay at this stunning property. Everything appears to be updated and it was spotless. Gorgeous view of the golf course and close to everything! It’s the perfect morning walk to Shelter Cove for breakfast and shopping and then short walk to the beach for lounging. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen amenities are spot on for enjoying a meal in. Will absolutely book this place again!

Close to activities - Great Location and Spotless
The Island Time staff was great from initial booking to checking out. Very responsive & friendly. The unit was spotless. Furnishings were in excellent condition. Kitchen was well stocked and everything seemed to be brand new. Appliances were brand new as well. The main living area is very spacious. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room! Views are beautiful. Online pictures do not do this property justice. It is very bright and welcoming. The location was perfect for us. Beach, Pickleball, tennis, golf, general store and Alexanders restaurant all within a 5 minute bike ride or and easy walk. We would book this unit again.

Spectacular!
The pictures do not do this place justice! The decor is so charming, and the living space is extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a long weekend on the beach, watching golfers from the deck, playing pickleball, shopping, and eating at the best local restaurants. We were able to walk to most of our destinations. The location couldn't be better for golf, beach and tennis/pickleball. We will most certainly be back to this idyllic spot.

Wonderful Stay!

Amazing Stay!
My family stayed here a couple weeks ago and had a great experience! The condo was super clean, an easy walk to the beach and the pool, and the general store was just a quick walk away for anything we needed. We will definitely be back again!
