We had a great time! Check in went great and the house was very clean. Everything was as advertised. We did have trouble with the dishwasher and contacted the company via text message, however, never heard back on what to do. We ended up hand washing everything for the remainder of our stay. Overall though, this was a great vacation home! Thanks!!

Hi Kelly, so sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We are in office Monday- Saturday during high season and have 24/7 text message service so I am not sure where the breakdown happened and we really hope that you still enjoyed your stay!

The house was wonderfulexcept for the fact that the dishwasher was not working from Saturday until Thursday and with a family of 12 that makes for a lot of dishes. When I tried to speak to someonethey said she wasout of the office and would call which she never did. Emails are not the same as a call. The property needs better people making sure that everything is working!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was beautiful, spacious and very close to the beach access. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool area was fantastic. The only negative thing is that the previous guests apparently left a mess or left late resulting in the house still being cleaned when we arrived. The housekeeper was doing her best to finish up but some of the smaller details were missed (no soap in baths and towels had to be dropped off later). I don't think this was the fault of the management company and everyone we spoke to was very nice and apologetic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house with the recommendation that guests bring their own pillows. The ones provided were too flat for most of our preference.

House provided plenty of room for a group of friends to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. Grill area downstairs was excellent for just hanging out and cooking.

The house was incredible. Everything you need for an amazing stay. The only thing I will say, is that the “private” beach access across the street is not even close to private. It is the beach access for the ENTIRE neighborhood. The beach was incredibly packed, and no one was even trying to social distance. If there wasn’t a pandemic going on, maybe not a big deal. For us, it kept us off the beach. Other than that, we honestly had an incredible vacation because of this house. I highly recommend. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head was great as well. Very responsive to a small issue. Thanks again!!

Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time at our beach celebration even though it was in the middle of the terrible pandemic going on in the U.S..I have to say I’m disappointed in the cancellation Insurance I bought for never getting back to me after several phone calls and emails to confirm I was covered..If we would have been given this guarantee we would have cancelled to be safe..This being said we had to make the decision to all come together and basically not leave the house other than walks on the beach..This was not hard to do in such a beautiful house with a great layout for several people to congregate together but have their own space..Everything is well stocked but I would bring extra paper products and beach towels..Had a few issues with the pool heater but the management was good about getting the pool co. out to check the problem.. Everyone felt that the house was clean and comfortable..The neighbor is quick to let you know it’s a mix residential neighborhood with rentals and full time residents and they look after each other..We didn’t have a problem but most of our night time activities we did in the house..I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation..

This was one of my favorite vacations I have been on. The house was perfect. We had 8 adults and 7 children under 4 and the house was very accommodating. Most of our time was spent in the courtyard with the grill and pool. Also a very short walk to the ocean! I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Hilton head.

We had a fabulous week! The house was very clean and roomy. We comfortably fit 12 adult women in the 5 bedroom house. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, cups and glasses. The space by the pool was exceptional! Had a lot of fun hanging out there!

For a 40th birthday weekend with friends and family this house was perfect! Lots of space for socializing, whether it was inside or by the pool. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Only problem was the neighbors - make sure you’re inside by 10 or they’ll call the police due to a noise ordinance at 10 o’clock. Rental company was helpful for not letting that happen. Overall it was a great long weekend!

This is such a beautiful, warm and welcoming, and tastefully decorated home in a perfect and private location!! The home is so spacious and well equipped with everything you need to cook in the gorgeous chef's kitchen!! We truly enjoyed staying in this perfect beach house!! It's a short walk to the beach right across the street on a carpeted path all the way to the beach! We have nothing negative to say about this stay! We will definitely be returning in the future!!

This is the best beach house we have ever rented. It was so clean and the furnishes are top of the line. We spent most of our time in the spacious kitchen and the amazing pool area. Rental company was very easy to work with and even called us on check in day to make sure that we didn't have any last minute questions.

The house is located directly across from the public beach access and is a quick 3 minute walk. There are 4 pleasantly decorated rooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is a chef's paradise equipped with everything you could possibly need. We splurged and heated the salt water pool. It was amazing.
