The main floor also encompasses a cozy den, perfect for intimate gatherings or quiet moments of relaxation. The den also features a pull-out sofa bed. Three of the five bedrooms are conveniently located on this level.

Mooring Buoy is to undergo significant improvements starting in Fall 2025. The project will start at the intersection of Port Tack and be all the way to the end of Mooring Buoy. During this time 189 Mooring Buoy will be affected. The project focuses on replacing deficient stormwater systems and rebuilding the road to provide resilience and efficiency. The construction is targeted to reach completion by March 2026.

Pool or spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.
