1866 Beachside Tennis Villa | Sea Pines

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The property management was very organized and quick to respond. The location was amazing because we were so close to the beach and the pool. The beach was just a couple minutes walk from the villa and was great for walks where we spotted a lot of dolphins and wildlife. Great views from the bedroom windows and on the back porch. The villa itself was very clean and very comfortable to stay in. We rented bikes and had a blast biking to Harbour Town and around the area. We did a lot of cooking and were impressed on the stocked kitchen. We've tried many different airbnbs/hotels on HHI for annual trips and this was our favorite location to stay in. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return to this villa in the future.

We loved staying in this condo so much for a girls weekend getaway. The access to the beach was amazing and the view was beautiful. We had plenty of room in the condo for 4 but even 6 guests would have been just as comfortable. The condo was well maintained. The kitchen could use a few storage containers and guests should note to bring basic condiments like salt and pepper but other than that, it was perfect. We enjoyed our $150 beach gear credit and were impressed with the quality of the rental gear. The location is an easy walk to the Salty Dog Cafe... we loved everything about this place and even all agreed that it's perfect for a family of up to 6. We would love to go back and make this trip an annual tradition!

We had a very nice stay! The property managment company was helpful anytime we called, especially when we were concerned about the weather as we were there during a Tropical Storm. The proximity to the beach, pool and Salty Dog is amazing. We loved hanging out on the deck and cant beat the views. Some areas (bathtub/shower) could use some TLC. We would for sure stay here again. Plenty of room for our famiy of 5.

We've been coming to HHI for over 30 years. We've stayed in South Beach the last 5. We have fell in love with this location. So much quieter AND the Salty Dog is within walking distance!! Villas was immaculate, pool was right outside the door, sunsets were seen right on our patio. We will be back for sure!!

GREAT location! Walkout to the beach and right by the pool. Absolutely perfect. House was clean and layout of the rooms works

Probably say it needs to be updated soon and could use some
Newer kitchen pots pans utensils
Etc. our Keurig wasn’t working but was replaced within a couple
Of hours - customer service and follow up was excellent. Would also highly recommend the pool furniture be replaced. Some of
The lounge chairs were missing screws making the recline non functional
But the pool and the pool and oil
Deck were cleaned daily and was very well
Maintained.

The location of this rental was perfect. the property was just as the photos showed. The pool was very well maintained and the access to the beach was very easy and a short distance. the sunrises and sunsets from the beach definately were worth the trip. Would definately stay at the same location again.

We stayed here for 7 days and of all the places we have stayed in Hilton Head so far, this has been our favorite. Plenty of room for a family of four, awesome beach and pool access, and getting to watch the sunset from your porch every night was a huge plus. It’s such a nice quiet side of the island and the views are amazing. We hope to stay here many more times.

This condo is in a great location - 5 steps from pool, 30 steps to the beach...with fun dolphins to watch! We rented bikes and rode those on the beach. The condo is a bit dated, and insulation (noise of other condos) not perfect, but for this location, would rent again & again. Check in was easy, condo was clean. No hesitation to come back. Short walk to Salty Dog and ice cream!
