Welcome to 1765 Bluff Villas!

1765 Bluff Villas is a stunning 3rd-floor villa in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. This completely renovated 2022 villa features comfortable furnishings in the living and dining areas. Come in to relax and take in the views. The private balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers scenic views of Braddock Cove as a backdrop to the green space below.

Right off the living room is the updated kitchen with stainless steel GE appliances and a dining table for 4. The bedroom has a king bed and a mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Please note, there is no elevator access to the villa.

Walk to the tennis courts and beach. Or simply enjoy the views from the balcony, watching the wildlife and boats on the water while listening to the music from the South Beach Marina!

Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed.

Amazing Honeymoon Destination
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for anything better. The location is everything, the rental was fantastic, the company made everything so so easy! We will be coming back and plan to make it an annual trip!

Great couple’s retreat
Very nice spot. Quiet even though very close to the Salty Dog marina complex. Good views of the lagoon. Plenty of parking. My only slightly negative comment is the lack of easily accessible spots for charging phones and devices. Updated decor was appreciated. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Excellent Property, the unit was spotless when we arrived and exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped, located in a perfect spot, short stroll to the Salty Dog. We would highly recommend Island Time Hilton Head, have rented from a few companies in the past and they are by far superior and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Hilton Head.

Hilton Head vacation
The condo was fantastic. We booked it last minute and we were just happy to find something. The condo was very clean, well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. It must have been updated recently because it looked new. It was a short walk to the beach. Also it was a short walk through the parking lot to the Salty Dog. Island Time was the best we’ve had for getting us needed information for our rental. We would definitely use them when we return to Hilton Head.

Love Sea Pines!
This week was to substitute for our Sanibel/Captiva vacation that was canceled due to the hurricane. Island Time was excellent at finding us a similar experience. The unit was newly remodeled, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Loved the location.
