1506 Villamare | Palmetto Dunes

This was our second time staying in this fabulous condo. The ocean views are unsurpassed with dolphin sittings a daily event. The renovated pools and hot tubs create a spa like atmosphere. The central location gives easy access to almost anywhere on the island.
The addition of closet organizers in 2 of the closets and the 2 new sofas were greatly appreciated. We had very few concerns during our stay but a couple minor things were immediately addressed by Island Time.

This condo was wonderful for our family. The 3 separated bedrooms/bathrooms gave our family of adults their own space with their own ocean view balcony. The living room/dining area provided a generous space for movie watching, game playing and hosting friends. We loved this vacation venue and hope to return!

The 5 weeks we spent in 1506 Villamare went so quickly, but what a wonderful time. The views are fantastic with great looks from any of the 3 balconies or the large window in the main room.

Great condo, location, view and host. Condo was clean and well equipped. Online description and pictures were very accurate, no surprises. Loved our stay and host was very responsive. Inside and outside Hot tub/pool was available. Didn’t get to take advantage of some of the activities such as water aerobics, weightlifting class or pickleball class but I would have given a longer stay. Thank you I would stay here again.

We booked over 4th of July to catch fireworks t marina. Had a great time despite the crowds. Condo has great ocean views w 3 balconies. You will have to bring almost everything such as garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and all minor items.

Spacious condo with amazing views from everywhere. Six adults spent a week here very comfortably. All bedrooms have a private bath. Three decks to enjoy. We loved watching the sunrise and the storms roll in from the main deck. Thanks for a great week!

I stayed here for about a month during March of 2022. It was outstanding. The beach views were amazing, the beach is wonderful for walking and bike riding, and Island Time was super to work with. Many wonderful places to explore on Hilton Head Island. I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom, that made having guests very easy. I would definitely return..

We generally rent houses in Palmetto dunes. My wife and I decided we were going to take a trip just for the two of us. When we arrived, we were greeted with the friendliest and most kindly hosts. Our condo was simply beautiful. Can’t even begin to describe the views! We stayed for one day of the six we were booked for. We had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short. We were on our way home the next day and received a call from Island Time Reality wandering how our stay was going. We explained to Island Time the situation. Soon thereafter we were offered another a stay by the owners. We will be renting this place until we buy, absolutely beautiful! Beautiful condo, beautiful owners, highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The views cannot be beat. The accomodations were comfortable and we loved the wood flooring in the living room and dining room. The Villamare property is well maintained with daily pool cleaning and other common areas. The condo could use some maintenance as some paint was peeling in the dining area and other areas could use a touch up. It was also hard to find a pan that wasn't scratched but none of these are reasons not to stay here.

We had a great time on our trip to HHI, but with this corner condo just up the steps from the pool and beach entrance and two different balconies to view the scene below, we couldn’t lose. We were able to be in the room while our teens were on the beach or at the pool and check on them easily with the perfect view of each. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer were weak for a condo meant to hold 8 people. So small that only 3 bath towels could be washed at a time, which only made it worth using when really necessary. In the past, I’ve always gotten most of our clothes washed up before heading home, but that wasn’t happening here. We also couldn’t find an iron, but oh well...the view made up for it!! Beautiful!

We had a great stay in this unit! Gorgeous views all around. The villa is nicely decorated and very well appointed. We ate in more than usual due to COVID the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing missing from this unit was a hair dryer, had to go buy one. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is great! We enjoyed three spacious bedrooms each with is own bathroom. The views are awesome and you can see the ocean from every room! The only hiccup we had was getting our arrival info and did not have clear instructions on parking pass upon arrival. Would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo is a wonderful location. The only downside is that it needs to be a little more updated by removing the carpet.

Our families stay at 1506 Villamare was wonderful . The view out the many windows is amazing and we used all the porches to enjoy the late May weather. . We would definitely stay there again. 😀
