Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Step into the coastal charm and be met with the open planned living area and dining area with a nice open window into the fully equipped kitchen. From this floor you will be able to step into the cozy sunroom which is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the views of the golf course through the tall trees. Not only will you have the sun room to unwind, but also the small courtyard placed to the left of the home, where you'll be able to soak in the sun and grill up the perfect meal.

One the first floor, you will also find the laundry room, which leads off from the kitchen and the first bedroom. Enjoy waking up in the first bedroom with the view through the courtyard and get your first peak of the morning sun. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, a desk, and a full bathroom, en-suite.

As you make your way up to the second floor, you will find the other three bedrooms, the first being a king sized bed, with a smart TV, and an attached shared bath. The second, with a view of the golf course, with two queen beds, smart TV, and a shared attached bath. Lastly, is the bunk room with two twin beds, and a smart TV.

Thank you! We absolutely loved everything about 150 Otter Road

150 Otter Road was everything we wanted for our vacation to HHI. The property was newly renovated: the furniture and decor were lovely, new and well-designed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the property is located right on the golf course and so convenient to activities within the Sea Pines plantation and restaurants and retail in the downtown part of HHI. We especially loved how bright and light the house was and how many different sitting areas it offered to hang out. It was perfect for our family, kids and parents. Thank you for making our stay great.

Everything we wanted!

150 Otter Road was everything we wanted. The entire house is newly renovated with a beachy vibe that is perfect for HHI. It is conveniently located on the golf course and close to all of the amenities within Sea Pines. We especially loved sitting in the Carolina room for morning coffee and evening drinks. I can't say enough great things about this place. First of all, EVERYTHING is renovated, new, and stylish.... the owners did not forget a detail! It felt like stepping into total luxury and vacation!! And you cannot get a better location, but with the right amount of privacy. It is just a stunning property and immaculately kept. Hilton Head Vacation

Loved the house and loved the area. Bright, good size, comfortable - exactly as the pictures show. The area of Sea Pines is wonderful. Lots of walking and bike paths, great beaches and restaurants.
