Wonderful, except for Hurricane Helene arriving Thursday and ruining our last day Friday. Branch’s down all over property and in pool from Thursday night storm. But it could have been a lot worst!!

Since hurricane Debby was bearing down on us we were in the house quite a bit more than we would have been (no beach time for a few days��). We were quite comfortable though and enjoyed our time. The management company did a great job keeping us informed throughout the storm. It was a little further to the beach than we prefer but for this trip it worked out quite well. I would definitely recommend a wagon if you need a lot of beach gear. Overall I would definitely recommend this home.

This house checks all the boxes. It’s a short .25 to the beach access. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances should you want to cook dinners, which we did a couple of nights. The master bath was amazing. The pool is spectacular. It was perfect for all 6 adults and 2 toddlers to use without feeling crowded. The sitting bench in the pool is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Best home we rented in 5 years. Very clean, beautiful decor & very homey.
Enjoyed the amenities, the pool & the separate ice maker.

We enjoyed a family getaway over Easter. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, although heating it was quite pricey! Location was nice... About a half hour walk to the beach. The home was nicely appointed and clean. The barbecue/deck area needs some cleanup and a fresh coat of paint. The barbecue grill should be replaced. All in all, would rent again, if the occasion were to arise.

We had a very relaxing trip. The house was just perfect for the eight of us. We enjoyed the pool and the large round table for game time! The house was updated and very clean. Would recommend for future guests.

The house was the perfect size for our family vacation. Everyone had their own room and plenty of bathrooms. The showers in the upstairs bedrooms are fantastic. They even had an outside shower by the pool which helped to clean off the sand from the beach before getting into the pool. The house was very clean and well furnished. I would suggest a muffin and cake pan for the kitchen. My granddaughters love to make cupcakes and brownies but we didn't have any pans.

The property is totally renovated, great pool with a view of the golf course and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely return to 15 Sea Lane!

Perfect family holiday. So close to the beach we could easily walk the kids back from the beach for their afternoon nap. My husband and I spent this time sitting by the pool. I would definitely book again.

The home was very clean. Check in was very easy and friendly. Communication with property management was easy and they were always quick to respond. The home was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children age 10 and under). There was more than enough room to accommodate our family, and we could have even had other family join us. The walk to the beach was convenient and less than 10 minutes. The pool was very relaxing and a wonderful and beautiful space. We saw deer every day. Perfect view of the golf course. We love HHI and will certainly return, maybe to this home too in the future. The water dispenser from the fridge was not working, but property management is looking into getting it up and running for future guests. And, the outside pool light was not working. Other than that, absolutely wonderful!

This was a nice house but it's ready for new beds and could use some added kitchen utensils such as pizza cutter, lids for bowls, plastic cups for around the pool. House was a little farther then what we are use too to get to the beach.

I would have rated this property a 5 if the recent remodeling issues were fixed prior to our stay. It is an excellent property. Unfinished and non workable issues were reported to the management company.
