This charming two-bedroom, two-story townhouse is located in the highrise building at the oceanfront Island Club, featuring a lagoon view from the private deck. Walk right out to the grounds from the deck or spend your evening cooking dinner with the family in the open kitchen with newly painted cabinets and living room floor plan. For your convenience, there is a half bathroom downstairs.
The primary bedroom is situated on the second floor and features a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, also located on the second floor, is accessible both via the building's elevator and the unit's stairs. It is furnished with a queen bed, a TV, and includes its own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Island Club is an oceanfront villa complex where walkways lead through beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy spending time at the nearby beach or exploring the many amenities available to you, including 9 tennis courts, a shared pool fitness center, basketball courts, a zero-entry children's pool, hot tub, a tanning shelf, a large lap pool, and bike rentals. In addition to the sports complexes, the Island Club offers charcoal and gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games, and a children's playground.
The Island Club pools are scheduled to reopen on March 1st, 2025; barring any unforeseen issues. The Kiddy Pool, Lap pool, and hot tub are all heated. The Tanning shelf and the deck area for the tanning shelf are now age restricted to those that are 18 years and older.

This villa at Island Club was a perfect fall getaway for the girls! We had plenty of space, including the outdoor deck area for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The kitchen has brand new appliances and there is updated flooring/ decor throughout. Each bedroom has its own bath. One sister has limited mobility and we were thankful to use the elevator for direct access the 2nd floor entry (no need to climb the stairs)! The resort had so much to offer- walk to the beach, outdoor grills, pool/hot tub, pickleball and tennis, bike rentals— very family friendly. We enjoy this area of HHI which is much less crowded than PD or Sea Pines. Will definitely be back!
