This property has it all. A prime beachfront location, all the amenities of a high end home (and more), great service through Island Time, and easy access to shopping. I could not ask for more!

Our family greatly enjoyed this spacious oceanfront home with wonderful amenities! The landscaping and surrounding area is as nice as the home, and the beach is wide and very nice. The rental company provided excellent customer service. Would definitely use them again, and hope to stay at this property again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home. It was the perfect location, so close to the beach and with an amazing infinity pool. The cross breeze in the outdoor area was a nice surprise. All the beds were super comfortable and the house was well appointed. The elevator was a life saver for luggage and groceries. Being able to bring our dogs was icing on the cake. There was so much space in this house for everybody to spread out and it was very clean and comfy. We would love to return.

My family and I had an amazing week in HHI because we found a 'slice of paradise' at 7 Junket. We needed a home large enough to accommodate my family with 3 grown kids and some friends and this home was perfect. It's nestled on a quiet street perfect for a stroll or a bike ride and easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. The guest house worked out so nicely because we had friends joined us for a few days and had space to themselves. The private pool, exercise room, playroom, generous sized bedrooms and open floor plan on the main level make this home perfect for being to hang out together and also have alone space. The setting is breathtaking because the back of the home is steps from the beach and has amazing views of the ocean. Walking with the dogs on the beach in the am and at dusk, eating breakfast on the deck in the am or enjoying a glass of wine at night watching the sunset are some of the best memories we made. The open kitchen/family room made cooking and hanging out at night so much fun! Thank you to the homeowners for taking such great care of this spectacular home. We can't wait to return next year!

Wow - we spent a while looking for rentals on HHI that could support our entire extended family including multiple dogs (and in-laws that would prefer more peace and quiet away from said dogs) and 7 Junket certainly delivered. Adjoining guest house enabled the entire family to vacation together and spent time together by the pool / beach during the day, but then wind down separately at night. Much preferred this setup over getting several rooms next to each other at a typical resort like we have for prior vacations. House is stunning as you pull up to it, has a really unique architecture that stands out from all the other houses on this strip. Really appreciated the direct beach access as you're just steps from the water and on a quiet stretch of beach given distance from the resorts that drive the larger crowds. Spent many mornings catching the sunrise and walking the dogs along the water, then lounging on the back deck with a coffee watching the beach wake up. Surrounding area is very walkable / bikeable and it's a beautiful drive through Palmetto Dunes, feels almost like an exclusive enclave away from the rest of the island. Plentiful EV charging options on the island although all the grocery stores / restaurants are so close-by we didn't really end up needing it. Speaking of which - highly recommend Sante Fe Cafe by the entrance of Palmetto Dunes, food was an unexpected highlight of our trip. Also want to shout-out the underappreciated elevator - didn't think we'd end up using it as much as we did, but found it really useful for members of my family who struggle with stairs. Overall, stunning house in a stunning location. Huge thank you to the owners / management for making our first family vacation to HHI so memorable.

Our group have stayed at a few oceanfront homes in the past, but this was by far the best we've stayed in! So glad I found it. Stunning views of the beach and watching the sunrises from bed, to watching the dolphins cruise by while having lunch on the balcony. The kitchen is large with lots of space for us all to hang out and the kitchen had everything we needed. The office was used by one of our group but most of the time we spent time playing table tennis and foosball, when not in the huge pool, spa, or on the beach. The bedrooms all had bathrooms, and with Roku's meant we could spend quiet time without bothering others, but even better was the guest suite which is attached to the house, but separate, and our daughter and son-in-law with their children could have their own space as well. The theater was easy to use and popcorn was a hit. Can't speak highly enough of the cleanliness, and the 'feel' of the home. Thank you Island Time. We'll be back again and can't wait!
