We are offering a 45-days (villas) or 60 days (homes) cancellation policy.
VILLAS
- Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
- Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
- Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
- The reservation fee is nonrefundable.
HOMES
- Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
- Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
- Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
- Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
- The reservation fee is nonrefundable.
Cleaning Practices
We believe that health and well-being of our residents is the top priority of our community. With this in mind, we will continue to follow VRMA & VRHP SafeCommunity™ guidelines for housekeeping services in our homes.
All housekeeping companies and inspectors with whom we work are following guidelines for approved cleaning products to be used and specific touchpoints in home and villas that need to be disinfected during each service, wear masks and gloves at each entry.
