This was our second time staying at this villa, and like last time it didn't disappoint. The villa has been recently renovated and is lovely. We found it to be very clean and it has everything you could ask for. The screened in porch has a quiet secluded feel, equipped with rockers for lounging and a small table for dining outside. Ideal location for anything on the island. We stayed for three weeks and the only negative is occasional noisy neighbors in the unit above, but that wouldn't stop me from returning. Would highly recommend!

Kitchen is well equipped and very spacious and beautiful. Master suite was wonderful with a small balcony. Large en suite bathroom with a double sink, shower, tub, toilet room and a large walk in closet with plenty of hangers. Our son and his family joined us for the second half of our vacation and their room was off of the family room separated by a door into a foyer of sort, one side was the bedroom with two queen beds and large walk in closet, on the other side of the foyer was a very spacious en suite bathroom with a double sink, shower, tub, and toilet room. There are games, cards and a checkers table. Our grandchildren enjoyed the full back porch and the warm swimming pool and of course the beautiful beach. They have four beach chairs and some beach towels. Don't hesitate on this rental, you won't be disappointed! Everything is as pictured. Five stars to Island Time, which is a great rental company! Ask for Haleigh.

Wendover 8103 is a lovely condo and beautifully decorated. This is our second time renting this unit and we enjoyed both stays! Kitchen is well equipped and very spacious and beautiful. Master suite was wonderful with a small balcony. Large en suite bathroom with a double sink, shower, tub, toilet room and a large walk in closet with plenty of hangers. Nice, updated villa. Had everything we needed, but it would be nice if there were grilling accessories to use when grilling at the pool.
Kiddie pool was closed - we had grandchildren that would have been able to use it.

Home was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Beach chairs and towels available for use. Well stocked kitchen. Games, puzzles, and books provided. Comfortable beds and pillows. Perfectly clean and great location. We rented bikes which was fun. The beach was cold most days so we biked and played tennis. We loved our trip!

8103 Wendover Dunes is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean and situated perfectly for privacy and quiet. We’ve stayed in other WD condos, but this is by far the prettiest and coziest one. Just go out the door, hang a right and you are at the beach in 3 minutes. Hang a left and you are at the beautiful pool and spa area one minute. It’s perfect.

Really enjoyed our week at this property. Very close to beach, nice pool, beds very comfortable. Having two master suites was a plus and in addition there was a half bath also. Furniture was nice but need extra pillows for the backs as the seats were very deep. Overall excellent property. Would stay there again.

The property was as seen in the photos...very clean and airy...loved the screened in porch that is raised a floor above the sidewalk and very private - looks into oleander, palm and pine trees...less than 2 minute walk to the beach on sidewalk and with a rinsing station close to steps to the beach ...bedrooms and bathrooms roomy and comfortable.

This vacation and condo were just what we needed! We had a very relaxing week at our favorite beach. The location of the condo to the beach and pool was great and an easy walk. The condo provided comfortable space for the five of us. It it well decorated and maintained. Very serene space! We will be back to Wendover Dunes and hopefully the same condo.

Very clean, well appointed and nice decor..surprised to find beach towels and low beach chairs to…excellent washing/drying machine….screened in porch with above street level views - private…only drawback were visitors above us who were jumping/thudding all across their unit…also, bbq area requires maintenance by overall wendover property management company.

Location was perfect, proximity to pool and beach was great for our family of 5. Condo was very nice, kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, and comfortable for our family. Loved the screened in porch. Only recommendation the Master bedroom king bed is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs, mattress needs to be replaced with the same mattress in second bedroom.

We spent three nights here over spring break. There was plenty of space for two kids and their parents to spread out. The unit is beautifully decorated and most of it has been recently renovated. It was stocked with everything we needed and we especially appreciated having a powder room in addition to two full bathrooms. It truly is just a short walk to get to the beach. Since the weather was a litttle chilly for the beach, we enjoyed the heated pool and whirlpool. Island Time was a pleasure to deal with, and shout out to Felicia who tracked down and mailed a stuffed animal we left behind.
