We love the accommodations especially the ocean views from living room and both bedrooms. The amenities were good and the beach right at your feet. The appliances great. The bench right outside the front door was very useful. Will be back!!

The view of the ocean is wonderful from this villa. The villa was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. We will definitely use this villa again.

We were very pleased with this unit. Very clean and updated. We had all the comforts of home and a gorgeous view. I would also like to say that the $250 beach gear credit was fantastic . We were able to get 4 bicycles for our family. I also loved the high end appliances in the kitchen and we utilized the option to have food waiting in the fridge. What a great idea! We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo layout with large closets and laundry room was perfect for our family. Clean property both in and out of our condo. The elevator was a bit touchy during our stay-the only negative. We love Palmetto Dunes, the beach is spacious and less crowded then some other beaches on HHI.

Super nice ocean-facing villa, looks as shown. Clean, recently upgraded. Beautiful balcony with unusually good furnishings and high quality patio door (many rentals have bad ones). Pretty good beach/ocean view. ~500 steps from the Villa to the beach, maybe 200 to the pool. Nice pool area with both adult (lap) and general pools, a small hot tub, nice padded lounges, small gym.. Elevator very near unit. Beach access is an easy wooded ramp (vs other places with steep stairs). Furnishings are high quality. WIFI is 5G and about 300MB. Islandtime is very responsive mgmt company. 1K, 1Q, 1T beds. Shower/no tub in 2nd bedroom FYI. Not issues with villa at all.

Our stay here was nothing short of magical! The spacious and comfortable living space was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sights of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped surroundings. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool and beach, making our days filled with sun and fun. The location is ideal, with proximity to lively nightlife, top-notch tennis courts, and Pickleball facilities. We also enjoyed biking to nearby restaurants, which offered a delightful range of cuisines. The miles of walking and biking paths were perfect for our morning jogs and evening strolls, providing a serene way to explore the island. It was incredibly family-friendly, offering a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We can't wait to return!
