Step outside onto the expansive pool deck, which features a high-top dining table, a hot tub, and an 18x14 heated private pool. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor private half bathroom and a wash-off hose, perfect for rinsing off after a swim or a day at the beach.

The screened porch, accessible from the outdoor patio, the living room, and the master bedroom, is a cozy spot to lounge and enjoy summer afternoons.

Off the two living areas, the kitchen boasts a large island, custom cabinetry, and built-in appliances. A breakfast table in the kitchen and a spacious dining table nearby provide ample space for hosting family meals. Just off the kitchen, between the kitchen and living area, is a coffee bar, the perfect spot to prepare your morning brew or an afternoon pick-me-up.

The first-floor bedroom 1 features a king bed, TV, large dresser, built-in wardrobes, and a desk ideal for remote work. This en-suite room includes a walk-in shower, and the bathroom is also accessible from the hallway connecting the living areas to bedroom 2.

Pool or spa heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.
