3 Dune Lane | North Forest Beach

This vacation home was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better, and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. It was well-appointed, with a fantastic pool and hot tub that we enjoyed daily. The showers and tubs were very nice, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—definitely made for a great night’s sleep! We also loved the super short 2-minute walk to Coligny for food every day. The towels were soft, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the way the house was arranged. We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for decades, and I think this might just be our favorite spot yet!

This beach house was perfect. Not only was the house itself amazing, the location was unbeatable. Would highly recommend and we will definitely rent this beach house again whenever we come to Hilton Head. 10 out of 10 for sure

Our family of 10, 8 adults and 2 children stayed at 3 Dune Lane, Hilton Head Island for a week. We could not have been happier with this rental property. The location was perfect - ocean front, our own pool & hot tub, a very private and beautiful setting. Plenty of room inside the house, a huge professionally equipped kitchen. The house was immaculate. A block from shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything about this house was amazing and perfect for our family vacation! Spacious and private enough for all to live comfortably together for a week. A little piece of paradise that we were so blessed to experience! This was to be a one time splurge for the celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary and retirement but we will definitely come back to this house! Our entire stay exceeded our expectations...from coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean; dinners on the deck; the well maintained pool and hot tub; short walks to the beach, Jim’s Pool Bar and Coligny Plaza for ice cream, bakery, music and a beautiful park within walking distance! We only had need of our car less than half a dozen times the entire week! Dave and Sue

We loved this house! Beautiful view of the ocean, great pool, and green space for our grandchildren to play (we lost many whiffle balls). Very close to Coligny so the teens could walk there easily. I walked to Piggly Wiggly most mornings. Definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

One thing I would like to recommend would be window treatments for privacy on the first floor front of the rental. As Arnold once said, “I’ll be back!”

Our family of 10 recently spent a wonderful week in this lovely home. It was spacious and a perfect location. Two bedroom are on the main floor and 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The kitchen is very large. Easy access to the beach 1/2 block on either side of the property. There are sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. Also floats for the pool.
The only disappointment is that this is house is on the beach and it has a private pool but beach towels are not provided and are very bulky to bring in a suitcase. We would highly recommend.
