1838 Beachside Tennis | Sea Pines

We love Beachside Tennis for the spectacular sunsets and deer sightings. We have rented three other units in this complex. 1838 is our favorite to date. The decor is light and lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. We liked it so much, we rebooked immediately! We had a few suggestions. A clean deck and deck door/windows would be very welcome. A few clothes hangers would be good. Stable toilet paper holders would help. When we have friends over, a couple extra deck chairs would be nice.

The two of us had such a relaxing week at the villas. It was quiet, plenty of space, clean, and the view is stellar. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfy. Being on the Sound was like having our own private beach! Timing after Labor Day played a part too with fewer crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place ! Great location ! Access to trolly to Heritage because g bonus ! Lots of fun at Salty Dog within walking distance ! Discounted bike rental made easy. A repeat for sure !

Our week long stay here was perfect for our family. The condo was well stocked, clean and very welcoming each and everyday. Proximity to beach and dining was perfect. It's quiet and very relaxing here at Beachside Tennis.

This lovely villa exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy with two large bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom with a double vanity. The unit is located in the corner on the top (4th) floor of the building with a wraparound balcony and gorgeous views of the ocean. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, steps from a beach access, and across the street from the South Beach Marina. Very quiet and little traffic if any. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The condo was so nice and beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely gorgeous! We saw lots of dolphins playing in the sound close to shore and even saw deer in the afternoons in the natural area behind the condo. Would highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous time. Unit was beautiful. Spectacular views. Overall a wonderful time and we will return. Only issue was the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. No big deal overall

We have stayed in numerous units at Beachside Tennis over the past 10 years. This unit was our favorite! Lovely interior. So peaceful and quiet. Very clean. The electric fireplace was a real plus, especially in our first two weeks in February. Have already booked for 4 weeks next year. Not a single maintenance issue! That never happens!

The unit exceeded our expectations! It has all the amenities we needed and more! Truly felt like we were living as if it was ours. The top corner location of the building gave us the quiet and peace we were looking for as we enjoyed early morning coffee and evening wine. Our family did not want to leave!

Pictures do not do this place justice, it is even more beautiful and spacious inside. Beachside tennis is tucked away right across the street from south beach marina but feels secluded from the parking lot you could tell it was completely booked but we we bumped into maybe four people total in the actual condo area. It rained most of our trip but the view alone was calming despite the dreary weather. Planning a trip back next summer but for two weeks as one week flew by too fast.

Beautifully decorated condo with great water views! Very clean and new furnishings. You can walk to the South Beach Marina and you are right on the bike path. Would highly recommend!
