This home has an extremely open floor plan that allows an easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is well-appointed and spacious, and natural light fills every corner of the room through the large windows. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. In the kitchen, there is plenty of walkway and counterspace to allow multiple people to cook simultaneously without feeling crowded. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cabinetry, and 2 refrigerators ensure that meals at home are a breeze! There is seating for 10 at the formal dining table and an additional eight bar stools in the kitchen.
The first bedroom sits on the first floor and features a king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom, complete with a single vanity and walk-in shower, outside of this room. On the mezzanine level sits the second bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, that has a double vanity along with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. On the second floor, the 3rd bedroom features an iron queen-sized bed and boasts stunning ocean views as well as a private balcony. The private ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 4th bedroom acts as the primary suite and features a king-sized bed, oceanside seating, and stunning ocean views from the balcony. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a makeup area, a walk-in shower, and a spa tub. The 5th bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom consisting of a double vanity, walk-in shower, and spa tub. The 6th bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bathroom complete with a shower or tub.
On the 3rd floor, you will find the remaining rooms, as well as more living space and a full kitchen! The 7th bedroom is large and features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity along with a walk-in shower and spa tub. The 8th bedroom is open and has two twin-sized beds and two trundle beds, and it also doubles as another living room! Enjoy plenty of plush seating around the TV and fireplace, and enjoy your own private balcony while you soak up the ocean views. Along with a full second kitchen, there is also a washer and dryer on the third floor.
Outside, your oceanside oasis awaits! Unwind in the private pool and spa and listen to the waves crash in the near distance as you let rest and relaxation find you. There is plenty of outdoor seating, as well as pool loungers and two outdoor tables. Just a short walk over the dunes on the private boardwalk will take you to the sandy beaches. The Sandbox truly has it all!

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:
Phase I:
- Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025
- Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
- Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
- Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
Phase II:
- Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
- Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas.
Phase III:
- Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
- Fish Haul Creek — 2,130 feet
- Pine Island — 5,280 feet
- Port Royal / The Heel — 5,280 feet
- Central Island (including Palmetto Dunes) — 28,860 feet
- South Beach / South Island — 10,230 feet
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

- Construction noise will primarily involve bulldozers shaping the sand as it is deposited.
- Disruptions at individual properties generally last about three or four days as the renourishment operation progresses.
- Adjacent property owners, or renters, may experience short-term minor inconveniences.
