7 Sea Front is a recently updated, elegant 2nd row ocean home with a golf simulator. Located in Burkes Beach, this home has 7 bedrooms with great porches, a private pool, and a game room featuring a brand new golf simulator and ping pong table. This home is perfect for large groups and offers ample space to spread out.
On the first floor, be welcomed into the open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The formal dining table seats 10. The kitchen dining table seats six, and the kitchen has four bar stools. Before heading up the dual staircases, there are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The primary bedroom provides plenty of space and features a king bed with a sitting area that has a desk and a queen sofa pullout. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower and tub. The guest bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Heading up the dual staircase, you have a second living room. The second floor has five bedrooms. The first 3 rooms have a king-size bed. The other 2 rooms are bunk rooms, one with 2 queens over 2 queens and one with 2 doubles over 2 doubles. All rooms have an ensuite bath with walk-in showers.
On the ground floor, you have an additional family room with a ping pong table. Make sure to bring your own clubs to take the brand new golf simulator for a spin. Outside, you can relax by the private pool. This house has it all for a perfect vacation.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

From the moment we booked the vacation rental at 7 Sea Front Lane to the day we departed, everything about the experience—service, quality, and overall comfort—was exceptional. We loved our stay and would do it all over again without hesitation.
We were four families with a mix of mostly teenagers and a couple of pre-teens. Finding a rental that provided enough space for everyone was key, and this home checked all the boxes. The two bunk rooms with double-sized beds gave all the kids their own space, while the adults enjoyed private king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It was truly perfect for our group.
The layout of the house balanced privacy and togetherness beautifully. The common spaces were inviting and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook up several New Year’s feasts (thanks to all the great supermarkets and shops nearby too!). While we mostly enjoyed meals at home, it was a bonus to have great restaurants nearby when we wanted to venture out.
The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, with ocean views from the second-floor balcony. There’s also a lovely park close by, featuring bike trails, tennis courts, and a playground. Whether relaxing or exploring, this rental offers the best of everything.
The peaceful surroundings were another highlight. The block itself was charming, with beautiful views in every direction, and the stars at night were an unforgettable sight—clear, bright, and breathtaking.
Pam and the property management team were outstanding. They checked in regularly and addressed any minor issues (like adjusting the A/C or the elevator) promptly and professionally, ensuring our stay was never disrupted. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be adding oven mitts to the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and spacious for our 20 guest. We were there for a girls golf state tournament and the girls (and dads) loved the golf simulator. Our 3- generation family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home and its close-proximity to the beach! The furnishings are well appointed in each room, the grandkids especially enjoyed both bunk bed rooms! The elevator worked fine and was a plus for bringing luggage up/down, groceries etc. We loved the ping pong table and the basketball game, spent hours competing against each other—fun! The property manager Pam was very responsive and helpful. The ice maker in the refrigerator wasn’t working well so she had an ice making machine dropped off to us right away. This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We had 17 people during our stay and there was plenty of room to spread out. The double washers/dryers were very convenient for our large family. The kitchen had everything we needed except a functional can opener. We enjoyed the porches every morning with coffee and visiting. The kids really liked the golf simulator and ping pong table in the basement. The pool is small in comparison to the size of the house but we enjoyed it every day. The walk to the beach is very short. The ocean is visible from the top porch. The whole property was clean and well-maintained. We rented bikes and I would very much recommend doing that. We biked on the beach and there are plenty of trails to bike on, as well. I would recommend this property, but there are a few suggestions I would offer to improve it. The wifi is not powerful enough to support the household. I needed to work a few hours and had to provide my own hot spot because the wifi was week and spotty. It was insufficient during our whole stay. One of the king bedrooms did not include a dresser for clothes. It's difficult to unpack for a week without a dresser. The elevator was tempermental during our whole stay. We have a family member with a handicap and needed to utilize the elevator. The management company worked very hard to get it in working order and was very responsive to questions/concerns. All in all, we had a great time and would choose this home again if we decide not to be beach/ocean front.Posted: 6/18/2024

We had a wonderful time at this property . Bunk rooms are great for kids . Well stocked with most dishes . We did have some issues with several appliances , dishwasher , ice machine in fridge & cooktop is a little tricky . Island Realty was quick to send someone out to fix the problems . We stayed in this home for the weekend of our son's wedding. It was very convenient to the wedding venue and the house was amazing! More than plenty of room for the 16 of us! Every bedroom had a private bathroom. All the rooms were comfortable and roomy with king size beds. The bunk bed rooms were even a hit! Queen over queen and double over double. One worked well for a family of five and the other for single adults. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to move around and enjoy being with each other! The pool was in the front of the house which was a little different, but the kids enjoyed swimming in it each day! There was a game room downstairs that we all enjoyed- ping pong and basketball! I definitely recommend this wonderful home for multiple families and friends of all ages to stay. The property manager was wonderful and helped us with any questions we had! This home was beautifully decorated and had soooo much space. Everyone had their own bedroom AND private bathroom. The beds were comfy and the linen and towels were soft (and smelled good). Open kitchen concept was great for our Thanksgiving group and dinner. The downstairs basement/garage with basketball game and ping-pong table was a plus. 3 vehicles comfortably fit in the garage (Traverse on one side and Honda and small SUV on the other side). We were literally right at the beach - it was only a very short walk down the street and boardwalk. Restaurants and shops are very close. The only thing that would have made it better is if the elevator was working. There are 3 floors with lots of stairs, and the oldest in our group was 85, so this made it a little difficult for her. Nevertheless, everyone loved the home and said they would definitely return. Kudos to the cleaning team, because we’re a tough crowd when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was not only clean, but smelled fresh!Posted: 11/28/2022

WE loved staying in this home. The photos accurately portray the home. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with great cooking items including a great blender and electric griddles. It also had a nice toaster over/air fryer combination. The house also comes with lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella and canopy. One slight deficiency is that no toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) were provided in the bathrooms. It would have been good to know that they weren't provided ahead of time. The kitchen has lots of dishes, utensils and pots and pans but other than salt and pepper, no pantry items were provided. The house was beautiful with lots of space. The furnishings were upscale and very comfortable. The property managers/owners were very hospitable, attentive to needs, and every attempt was made to help us have a pleasant vacation. We rented this property for a law firm conference but brought our family along. The house was beautiful! The kids rooms were so much fun. We enjoyed the gaming area and the endless porches off of each room. The best part, literally steps from the beach! We will absolutely stay here again!Posted: 6/9/2022

I would recommend this house for big groups, as there are tons of bedrooms and beds. It's a 1-minute walk to the beach and has a great pool out front. The front porches are perfect for sunny mornings and afternoons and have great views. Since the property recently changed ownership, it does need more decorations to make it a bit cozier, but still a great property. We hope to stay here again for future visits to HHI.Posted: 1/7/2022
We had an amazing week! I was a little skeptical because new ownership had just taken over. Ken, the property manager, was great and quick to respond to any questions! We had extended family from Michigan and Florida and ages from seniors in high school to grandparents. Our older teens/young adults LOVED the game room in the basement and spent most of their time hanging out down there! Great cousin time for them!! The house was completely stocked with everything we could have needed…above and beyond my expectations! I am talking even a crockpot and food processor and blender!! Could not have asked for a better location…beach was steps away and centrally located to everything!! We had a fantastic week and the house was perfect for our large family holiday!!Posted: 1/3/2022
