This oceanfront home offers unforgettable views and a private pool, spa, a game room and an open great room. The open floor plan is a must and is perfect for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen features updated appliances and is perfect for gathering together.
Upon entry, you walk into the home's living room, which has comfortable seating that is perfect to unwind and take in the view. Just a few steps over will lead you to the kitchen, living room, and dining area—a very open floor plan allows for an easy flow between the spaces. The living room has two couches and a loveseat around the flatscreen TV and offers direct access to the porch through the sliding glass doors. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need, and there is plenty of counterspace on the huge kitchen There is seating for eight at the dining table and an additional six stools at the kitchen bar.
On the mezzanine level, the first bedroom sits on the first floor and features a king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom, which features two queen-sized beds and a private bathroom that has a combination shower and tub, On the second floor, the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed The private ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom acts as the primary suite and features a king-sized bed, stunning ocean views, and access to the balcony. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a spa tub. The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and boasts stunning ocean views.
On the 3rd floor, the 6th bedroom has 2 Bunk beds with twin and full beds, a game room, a mini kitchenette, and a private bathroom complete with a shower or tub. The 7th bedroom is large and features a king-sized bed. The 8th bedroom has two queen-sized beds and one twin bed.
Head outside to unwind in the private pool and spa and listen to the waves crash in the near distance as you let rest and relaxation find you.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This home is VERY spacious and feels solid! The second and third floors were very spacious - even the hallways were wide open. Fourteen of us stayed in this beautiful home with a 17 month old on the third floor who could not hear a thing going on in the kitchen/family room. Direct beach access is must! Our large family group, ages 10 months to 66 years, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7 Guscio Way. Location kept us on an awesome wide, flat beach, away from the crowds even on a busy holiday weekend. Well appointed with everything we needed. Only negatives were the small living room for our large group trying to watch college football, and very limited parking for such a large home. The location of 7 Guscio Way was the best feature of this oceanfront/beachfront home. The beach in this area is not lifeguarded. It was not congested with people at the end of July. The 8 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bedrooms accommodated our family of 22 with adequate bedding configurations. The garage and entrance stairwell need attention. The house was a short drive or bike ride to Cologne Plaza for shopping, food and restaurants. The family sought additional services from HH Cabana Services for daily setup and take down of chairs and umbrellas, Vay-K Gear for additional rental of bikes, kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, etc., professional photography services from Willie Rice, Photographer. All additional services were excellent. Some family also went parasailing and jet skiing. Island Time Realty provided excellent customer service regarding needs and questions along the way.Posted: 8/15/2023

We had an excellent stay at the house in HH. A great location on the water and easy access to food store and shops. There were a few minor house related things that need to be addressed: 1. Front door lock did not work with given code . 2. Back door to the second floor balcony is difficult to open — bottom of door is tight against door frame. 3. Some of the TVs in the bedrooms did not get any channel service. 4. The hallway bathroom on the second floor has a window above the toilet. The window faces the windows of the next door house — could use a mini blind or curtain to provide privacy. Overall we loved the house and will come back again. Mike GPosted: 5/10/2023

There were several that have never been to the beach before and were very happy with the experience. Only issues we had the whole week, was there was not enough parking for a bus due to the narrow side road where house was located, but the situation was rectified quickly and some nice neighbors took care of us with an rv parking spot that we could use for the week, and the other was on the front porch there is a direct window view of the 1st floor bathroom/shower area, which we learned didn't have a cover over it from the doordash delivery guy.
