In this wing of the home, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features two double beds, private deck access, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed, a sleeper sofa, private deck access, and its own ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms provide additional comfort and privacy. Two guest bedrooms each feature a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a private deck with seating for two. The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property

The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. It was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. I truly felt as if I were a guest in a friend’s home. The location could not have been better: steps away from the beach path and the charming shopping center which included a grocery store. So many wonderful features but the absolute best was the side-by-side refrigerators! We had a few minor issues and the property manager was exceptionally responsive. We had a great stay, even with the colder weather. I feel the house had something to do with it. The beautiful view from the huge windows made you feel you were outside! Down below by the pool, the shrubs blocked the wind and made it warm. And there is a sitting-nook down there that also helps with blocking wind! Hot tub was great! I want to compliment the hosts on the quality and amount of outdoor furniture! The kitchen is amazing! Huge cooking kitchen…very well supplied with dishes and cooking tools. This house is perfect for a family vacation or a golf trip, walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops, toy stores and fun shopping. The house fit the 10 of us with no issues. We rented this lovely home for our large family and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and the property. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous views, easy access to the beach, and proximity to Coligny Plaza. The home is very well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies and dishes for our large group. Two bedroom are on the main floor and 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The kitchen is very large. Easy access to the beach 1/2 block on either side of the property. There are sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. Also floats for the pool. The only disappointment is that this is house is on the beach and it has a private pool but beach towels are not provided and are very bulky to bring in a suitcase. House is well decorated and had lots of cooking items. The management company even purchased a pizza cutting tool and brought it over. The cleaning crew did not understand how to operate/use the dishwasher. So they had to hand wash everything in the dishwasher and stayed about an hour after check-in time. The house is sparkling and has a nice flowing layout, perfect for two big families staying together. The extra family room with pool table was a huge hit with the kids, who played dozens of games. Location is fantastic, right on the beach but walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the “downtown” of Hilton Head, with a ton of restaurants and ice cream parlors. One complaint: the house didn’t provide pool towels or beach chairs. Be sure to pack your own. The pictures don’t do this house justice — it’s much brighter and nicer than it appears in the pics.
