This oceanfront stunner was built in 2019 and offers amazing views as well as direct access to the beach with a private boardwalk.
Walk into an amazing great room to unwind from a day out in the sun. The living room has two couches and two comfy chairs that lead out to the first balcony to soak in the picture-perfect view of the ocean. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need, and there is plenty of counter space on the huge kitchen island for many people to cook simultaneously with room to spare. There is seating for 14 at the dining table and three stools at the kitchen bar.
The main level of the home also contains a powder room and two bedrooms. The bedrooms each contain a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 serves as the master bedroom on this level, with a stunning ocean view.
Next, you can take the elevator or the stairs to the second floor, which offers another living area with a sleeper sofa and wet bar. On this level, there are 5 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The first bedroom is the master, with a king bed that features a soaking tub and walk-in shower along with a double sink vanity. The next three bedrooms have a king bed, and the final bedroom has two queen-sized beds.
As if the inside of this home wasn't enough to entertain guests for days. This area has been completely updated and features a gas grill, a hot tub, a ping pong table, and another dining table under the covered porch. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and catch some rays by the swimming pool in all temperatures. Then head down your private boardwalk to walk the beach and enjoy the sunshine.

- The pool can be heated for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heating must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

The Town of Hilton Head Island's 2026 Beach Renourishment Project began on August 6, 2025 at Fish Haul Beach, located off Mitchelville Road on the Island's north end. This vital initiative, part of the Town's long-term beach management program, is undertaken every 8 to 10 years and aims to preserve, protect, and restore Hilton Head's valuable shoreline.
The 2026 renourishment will mirror past efforts (1990, 1997, 2006, 2016) and involves placing approximately 2.2 million cubic yards of beach-compatible sand across 46,500 feet of Atlantic Ocean and Port Royal Sound shoreline. Sand will be dredged from offshore shoals and pumped through extensive pipeline systems onto designated beach areas, then shaped by heavy machinery to meet specific design standards.
The $47.5 million project is divided into three phases, with work expected to last until May 2026:

During the renourishment, about 1,000-foot beach segments will be temporarily closed, with beachgoers directed around active work zones via ramps and signage. Construction is expected to proceed 24/7, moving at a pace of 200-300 feet per day, with minor disruptions lasting just a few days for any specific beachfront property
The proposed project will include sand placement along five areas of the island shoreline:
The project includes safeguards for endangered species. Activities are monitored by consultants to protect sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Per U.S. Army Corps and USFWS permit conditions, dog activity is restricted in a small area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek Beach Park. All other beaches remain under normal seasonal pet access rules.

Second visit for friends and family and let me tell you this is more than breathtaking, never got over the daily view of the beach from the deck. Welcome staff from Island Time was on time at check in and answered all of our questions. Everybody of the 14 people who stayed with us were so thrilled with the location and house...just an exceptionally inviting place and we could feel our blood pressures dropping as the week progressed. We had 15 people ages 4 to 90 in this house and there was both outside and inside space for all. 3 covered patios, every bedroom had its own bathroom, the dining table was large enough to eat together for dinner. It was impeccably clean and updated. There was tv/lving area on 2 floors, kitchen was huge and stocked with everything- it even had 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators in kitchen and full refrigerator with sink and counter in pool area. The kids loved the pool after the beach with huge outdoor tv and large freestanding hot tub which was under cover so if it rained you still had a place to enjoy. The rental company could not have been better. This area of the beach was not crowded even on 4th of July. I have tried to think of something they could improve and I can't think of a thing. We have rented 103 Dune Lane from Island Time for the past 3 years ( and reserved next year already). The management team in place is extraordinary and tends to all your needs. This year was the first time we had a problem ( chirping alarm keypad) and they almost instantly came over to turn it off for us. The home is just perfect with a great pool for little kids or even lap swimming, private beach access, huge kitchen table, and even two dishwashers! But the best feature is 103 Dunes location, just close enough from Coligny shopping to easily walk with the family (.7 miles) and yet far enough to have beach privacy as if it’s your own private place for your family.

Pool heat worked great and made the pool enjoyable even for our October stay. Can’t recommend this house enough! We had a wonderful experience at 103 Dune Lane, our group was multigenerational and a combination of two families, and we all appreciate the lovely common areas as well as the large well-appointed bedrooms. From the moment we arrived, we felt we were on vacation—from an elevator for easy arrival, to beach towels at the ready and a gorgeous pool warmed and ready for us to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious enough for a large group to prepare a meal together. The two dishwashers were a nice touch for quick cleanup. The house was well laid out and well-appointed for everybody – from the ping poll table and games and different living areas for different groups. The home offers amazing views of the beach with oversized windows and several decks. We also loved the boardwalk for private and easy access to the beach. Our group made use of the bikes almost every day we were there; these were a wonderful touch.Posted: 11/23/2022
